Intensive School-Based Instructional Supervision (ISBIS) Influences Academic Teaching Performance

This study was done to ascertain how Public Secondary Schools in Tawi-Tawi will implement Intensive School-Based Instructional Supervision. School principals and teachers who participated the as respondents were surveyed using descriptive-quantitative technique of research. The data statistically processed multiple regression analysis, weighted mean, standard deviation. results showed that each school had adopted intensive school-based instructional supervision terms help support, creative strategy, monitoring, evaluation. Similar students did academic achievement, instruction delivery, classroom management, also demonstrated successful teaching performance. principals' assistance innovative monitoring evaluation significantly impacted performance, achievements, instruction, management. In addition, are good predictors teacher Additionally, but not approach, excellent teachers'
